1. Do you ship to Canada and the United Kingdom?
Yes. We ship to both Canada and the United Kingdom, as well as many other countries worldwide. All orders include tracking information, and shipping is free.
2. How long does delivery take?
Delivery for both Canada and the United Kingdom typically takes 4 to 8 business days after order processing.
3. Are there customs fees?
Canada: Imports may be subject to GST, PST, or HST depending on your province.
United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to VAT and customs handling fees upon arrival.
These charges, if applied, are the responsibility of the customer.
4. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can follow your shipment at any time through the courier’s website.
5. Do you accept returns?
Yes. We accept returns within 60 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in perfect condition. Please check our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
6. How do I request a return or exchange?
Simply contact us at contact@heartth.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions and authorization for your return.
7. What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
If an item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.
8. Can I cancel my order?
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. If the order has already been shipped, you may proceed with the return process once it arrives.

At the moment, we do not offer gift wrapping, but you can include a personalized gift message at checkout.

Yes. All products intended for food use are made with food-safe materials and comply with international safety standards.
13. How do I care for my tableware?
Care instructions vary by material:
• Glassware: Handwash recommended for longevity.
• Stoneware & ceramics: Dishwasher safe unless stated otherwise.
• Cutlery: Dry immediately after washing to prevent marks.

14. Do you restock sold-out items?
