Do you ship to Canada?
Yes. We currently ship to Canada only. Free shipping is available on all orders.

Do you offer international shipping?
No. We currently do not accept international orders at this time.

How long does delivery take?
Estimated delivery times within Canada are 8 to 16 business days after order processing. 
Delivery times are displayed at checkout.

Are there any customs or import fees?
Orders delivered to Canada may be subject to applicable GST, PST, or HST depending on the province. 
Any applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout where required.

How can I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Can I return my order?
Yes. Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in their original packaging. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for full details.

Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If needed, items may be returned according to our return policy.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue so we can assist you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be cancelled shortly after purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been shipped, it may be returned after delivery according to our return policy.
