Orders are processed and shipped according to our shipping policy.

Delivery to Canada typically takes 8–16 business days after shipment, depending on the destination and carrier.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent by email.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and include details of the issue and photos if applicable.

For damaged or incorrect items, reporting the issue shortly after delivery helps us resolve the situation more efficiently. Each case is reviewed individually, and depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, a refund, or another appropriate solution in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.

Orders may be cancelled within a short period after purchase, provided they have not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled and must follow the return process outlined in our Return and Refund Policy.
